SQAI LLC Warranty Policy
SQAI offers a 1-year limited warranty on all suit components and the power box (suit controller), starting on the date of original purchase, for the benefit of the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase is required.
What’s covered: The covered components are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects.
What’s not covered: This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from (a) normal wear and tear associated with intended use, (b) commercial use, or (c) failure to follow the instruction manual, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, alterations, modifications, improper assembly or installation, or use of non-original parts or accessories. The power box warranty also excludes damage from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance, and water damage.
Remedy: During the warranty period, SQAI will replace faulty covered components that are eligible under this warranty at no charge (shipping and handling fees may apply).
How to make a claim: Email [email protected] with your proof of purchase and documentation of the issue. SQAI will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged part.
